Beach bungalows

Hi, I'm new here, it's great that i found this forum.

There is a big possibility that I'm coming to live here

for at least 10 months later this year, so now i am searching for my new home.
Lev, is it possible to find some kind of one bedded beach bungalow with bathroom for a monthly rental fee ?
It can be placed anywhere between Hua Hin and Cha-Am, even better if it's closer to Cha-Am.
And what would be the price approximately ?

hi and welcome to the board!
beach front property in Hua Hin is very expensive, most places tend to be condos/apartments or luxury villas. There isnt really a bungalow scene here like there is on samui/pha-ngan. You may be able to rent a house for around 15k per month.

I'm thinking along the same lines as z-man, trying out HH for 6 months this time Nov 2004 to May 2005. Can you recommend a good agent that will have knowledge of the available rental properties in the area (small house or condo)

They're more of an estate agency but email them and they may be able to find you something.
