Why do you need that when we all have Google Maps?

I don't know how to do that in Win 10. In Win 7 it was easy as there was a task bar at the top but in Win 10 I can't find the equivalent. It seems that everything that was in Win 7 is now hidden somewhere under a different name, it is exists at all.

Open the page, right click on the photo, scoll down the list to "save photo", in the drop down select desktop and change the name if you want to, click save. It should then be on the desktop.

Why would anyone want that map? Rather useless in my opinion.

Actually works for me, as now don't have to drive into town, as coming from PKK. Hit IMM, then Makro on the way back out ... :thumb:

Surely, living in PKK you would be better going to the Singkhom Immigration of which the Hua Hin immigration is an offshoot.

If there are any reports about an actual visit to the new imm office I do not know where it is so have not seen it but here is mine. We live midway between there and Blu-Port so visited today to give it a try, Thursday, 7 Feb, a bit before 10AM.

Unlike speedy and friendly Blu-Port they still require you to fill in a form for 90 day report but do nave a man to help or do it for you. Then you wait for your number to be called but at this point there is no display to show what number is up. There were LOTS of people there occupying all waiting area chairs and several standing or smoking out on the porch. But only one girl behind the counter to service them and also a man who was doing nothing but staring at some papers. The girl was waiting on a couple who evidently needed somthing they didn’t have with them as the lady went out the door which seemed like she was going to get somthing and the girl behind the counter was staying busy shuffling papers. After more than 10 minutes of that, and about 25 minutes of being there it seemed to me we could have a long wait so we shuffled out the door and off to Blu-Port. Its possible it was break time but only one person behind the counter in that new office seems strange.

For those with a walking disability its not good. Ground floor is essentially a breezeway, or slab, to stand the support on that holds up the building which would in actuality be 2nd floor. Like a building on tall stilts. The stairs have no handrail and there is a wheelchair ramp but as steep and long as it is I believe almost anyone would have great difficulty pushing a wheelchair up it and coming down would be dangerous, and again no handrail. An electric wheelchair or mobility scooter would need good brakes going down and to go up would greatly deplete the battery if able to do it at all.

A shame we did not have a camera but my suggestion would be to drive past for a look if you like but if your needs can be satisfied at Blu-Port that would be a better option. Am sure there are people with a better experience and report but to me this office seems to just be more of the same in a different and more remote location

Only if I want to do the 90 day pulse. Not good for anything else (apply / extend -0- visa).

Oh, that has changed. Many years ago before they set up in Hua Hin, that's where you had to go for anything. Being, in effect, the head office, I would have thought they would cater for anything. But you're quite correct. Having checked they do no more than Blu-port does.

My 90 days report is coming up soon....Had initially decided to go to the new place, but after reading the report from 'hin' above.....it is going to be Blu-port.
A question....I understand you don't have to fill in a form there.....So is it just to bring your passport...even if you have never been there before...?

Yes, just hand over your passport. In and out in a minute or so
