How are deaf Thai children cared for and educated in HuaHin?

Maybe they are sent to the beachfront specialist school for the deaf in Bangsaphan?

The deaf school in Bang Saphan is a large one, the wife's cousin teaches there

Is it residential? I don't see Bang Saphan having a huge deaf (or any other) population, and it's not really on the commuter belt either.

Yes, it's residential.
