Any advice would be appreciated.
Signed up to True's Gold package.
Premier league commentary is, mostly, in Thai.
I have been into 'settings' and changed the language ... but!
Told I cannot upgrade for six months - willing to spend more money but can't!
My bottom line is that I will walk away as this 'package' is derisory.
I repeat, any advice would be appreciated.

Is live Premier League football your priority - TVMUCHO gives a 7 day catchup facility for a range of UK channels, but not live EPL, just highlights on BBC Match of the Day - very competitive pricing at €48 a year
Re: Looking for an alternative to True
Ouch!!! I posted yesterday, but my reply has gone.
My main TV these days is a combination of TV Mucho as Dannie Boy suggests, but I get my Premier League direct from beIN Sports for 1250 Baht/year (199 Baht month if you don't want a full year).

Your reply is there.Big Boy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 08, 2019 6:49 pm I started this thread because of bad service from True.
Credit, where credit is due today. I had to go back into True with a totally unrelated enquiry. I deliberately chose the Bluport Store because I still cringe walking past their MV store. I was really impressed by the young lady who dealt with my enquiry. She was very knowledgeable, and when she didn't know, she phoned their central help desk. She must have given me well over 30 minutes of her time, and must rank amongst the most helpful desk clerks I've encountered in Thailand.

Re: Looking for an alternative to True
Changing the language in 'settings' only affects the menus, programme guide etc. To change it for individual channels, when you have the channel on the screen, press the 'audio' button on the remote. For the sports channels, you should see ENG as an option. Once you choose that, it should remain as the default for that channel. For all the channels I watch, I have English language commentary all the time.nanyang wrote: ↑Sat Mar 09, 2019 9:46 pm Any advice would be appreciated.

For some other channels, you may not see ENG as an option but often one of the options will give you English, assuming it's available.
