Twelve Victory currency exchange in Hua Hin

Post by Lev »

Twelve Victory is legally licensed from Bank of Thailand as a foreign exchange company. The rates we offer to our customers are the best in Hua Hin guaranteed.

Our booth is located in Hua Hin Market Village shopping mall. We are towards basement front entrance. We are open everyday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

How can the rates be claimed to be the best in Hua Hin guaranteed when the place is not open ( Grand Opening 20th November according to the web site) !!!

I would assume they will be making sure their rates are the lowest from the time they open.

People are always looking for the best rates, so this should eliminate the need to check every other booth. A big saving for many I should think.

So why then do so many exchange booths/banks not give the best rates?

normal promotional stuff until established then rip off time for unsuspecting tourists.

I suspect that most, if not all, that read this thread, will check out the place once open... even the Doom and Gloomers.

And more to the point - nothing like giving a new forum sponsor a chance!

Shouldn't we be encouraging new businesses to advertise here rather than slagging them off before they're even open?
This is the way

^ depends on the claims they make before they even open AND what we really find once that happens

You make a "guarantee" it's going to have to pretty much spot on

Too many whingers on the board at the moment to even bother finding out the facts before hitting their keyboards.

Anyone tried this out yet? Are they the best rates in HH?

One good place to compare rates is here under. AFAIK SuperRich at least on banknotes gives the best rate. And yes, dear Watson, I know they are not in HH. This is just to compare rates, no mo'.

Used them twice since they have been open, in both cases their rate has been much better than all of the other booths in Market Village. For example yesterday Yellow bank 50.65 to the pound and Victory 51.30.
I have also looked at their Bangkok operation which has been running longer and they show slightly better rates than their Hua Hin branch.
So for me, well worth going to them.

:agree:

I noticed that they were signicantly better than the booths upstairs.

Friends used them yesterday and said they are definitely better... The whiners may start going now, but no doubt complain that the notes haven't been ironed!!
