800 baht a day eh, that's pretty damned good these days (definitely in a beach resort city), especially if it's unlimited milage which I assume it is, even though it doesn't say in the advert, correct me if I'm wrong. Good luck.
Your prices sound good, but I guess that is for your smallest vehicle for a long term rental. I normally rent a car for a few days when in Hua Hin, and have a definite interest. I usually rent through Budget. I'd appreciate it if you could answer a couple of questions.
- What kind of stock do you carry? I need a larger vehicle, and need to know how much notice you need to guarantee a particular class of vehicle?
- I'll in Hua Hin during Oct/Nov. How much would it cost to hire a larger vehicle (in UK terms I need Mondeo/Vectra size) for 4/5 days?
Big Boy
We stock Toyota Vios ( 4 door saloon ) Vigo ( 4 door pick up ) Fortuner 4x4 7 seat. All vehicles are automatic.
Minimum 4 day hire Oct/Nov Fortuner 1200 Baht per day. Advance booking advisable to guarantee vehicle.
OK, I don't think I'll be able to give that sort of notice, but you're still a definite contender.
One final question - I'm assuming the 1200 Baht per day does not cover insurance, so how much would fully comp (or Thai equivalent) insurance cost per day please?

The quote includes full 1st class car hire insurance.
That sounds very competetive . Sorry to be a pain, but is 'full 1st class car hire insurance' the bees knees, or would I arrive at your office and be offered a whole variety of extra insurances?
You'll have to excuse me, but I'm used to UK car hire, where fully comprehensive insurance comes with a huge excess, and you have to buy a dozen other insurances to ensure you're covered.
