There are a number of alternatives to Viagra/Cialis which I believe are healthier, cheaper and whose effects last longer. Shilajit and Ashwagandha spring to mind. They are renowned Ayurvedic herbs in India which have been used for thousands of years with lots of positive actions on the body including sexual. Shilajit took about 3 weeks before having the full effect on me, so it's not just a one-off, quick acting option. I experienced its libido-enhancing properties when taking it for something else. There's lots of references to it online. This is non-commercial...

In Thailand 'Ya-dong' is the local version, which translates as 'steeped herbs'... http://www.chiangmaitouristguide.com/10 ... overy.html
'Krachai dam' (Kaempferia parviflora) is also another popular choice amongst Thais. Also known as Black Galingale it is easily found. You steep the dried herb in alcohol and drink about 30cc or buy it already made. The Thais use white Whiskey. I use Vodka. You can also take it as a tea.

That was 8 tablets you got there then Norm, as the slight con/trick with the tablets is that they are sold in 100mg with a line scored down the middle. 50mg is the recommended dosage, who has ever snapped it in half though rather than dropping the whole thing ??norm wrote:I bought a package of 4 from the chemist. Don't recall the exact price but something over 1,000 baht.
Gel sachets are best IMO, faster acting due to the way they are absorbed into your system (although people get that wrong too as they swallow it down, its supposed to be held in your mouth and absorbed, why do you think they come in exotic flavours??), less headache and blue flashes. Kamagra gel is 100 Baht in some HH pharmacies, 150 in others, discount for large purchases.

Personally I find Indian viagra are better than the American ones. They're about 30% extra, but whereas with the American ones you simply stand to attention, with Indian viagra you stand to attention and your head shakes from side to side
