Anybody know where you can get this in Hua Hin ? Also best method of ingestion .The capsule form legalon 70 is available in Bangkok but I am looking for something more natural .

If you can't find Milk Thistle, my Thai Herbal says ''Ya Luk Tai Bai'.is one of the most useful bitter plants in the Thai pharmacopoeia. It is very beneficial for the kidneys and liver.... '

The Thais should know where to find it.
