What location are you trying to connect with Express? I'll try it and let you know.

Works ok here - I usually let it go to the 'smart location' which is the fastest server outside of Thailand - Singapore.

Yes for me too, to the usual place such as Singapore HK, Tokyo. I tried London and it wouldn't connect, but it connected to their East London server. It wouldn't connect to any of their USA west coast servers.

I normally use UK London, but I’ve tried London Docklands and that won’t connect either, although it will connect to Singapore, but that won’t allow me to watch BBC TV programmes

Seems like an Express VPN issue then, not TOT.

Yes it’s worked for me too and I’ve checked that it allows me to connect to the BBC iPlayer - thanks Pete!!

Posting this in here as its TOT related, not VPN.

The engineer said there were problems with the entire province yesterday though things seem to be running ok at the moment (ok for TOT means it actually stays connected for more than ten minutes).

Not just PKK, but in the east as well. Was up and down all afternoon yesterday.

Since they “fixed it” it’s been very stable - fingers crossed that it stays that way!!

TOT seems to be the worst of the lot - I don't see many complaints about 3BB, though True gets its fair share. Any other Thai ISPs I'm missing?

I think AIS may currently be the best of the lot, if you're lucky enough to be able to get their fiber system into your house.

I think you may be the only one on here who has it in their house. When I try here in the east I run into a wall of politics and gerrymandering by the players.

Edit: All utilities being underground where I am adds a layer of complexity to the issue.
