Grandma's Papaya Salad-service the way it otta be

Had lunch at Grandma's (cornor Chomsin/Naebkahardt). ordered som tam (of course),sticky rice, BBQ pork, and Heine. Salad great. rice sticky, Heine cold, BBQ pork NOT BBQed!-oven roasted. Called this to the attention of Grandma? Sorry out of charcol she says, was roasted in oven. "You no like, pick something else, no problem."
Now that's the attitude that brings a customer back.
It was my lucky day, I had the best green curry chicken I ever had in Hua Hin. And when the bill came I wasnt charged for the BBQ pork!! I say this because at my last and final visit to the Pasta Factory I sent back a minestrone soup that was spagetti soup and got charged for it. Even had to argue with the owner about not paying. "You ordered it," he said.
Not minestorne I said. "Well that's the way we serve it here, He said.

I recommend giving Grandma a try. Oh, for full disclosure she is NOT my Grandma.
