30฿ Healthcare - National Registration

For any of you guys with Thai partners.

Mrs BB is not long back from the Tessebahn where she has just registered for the 30฿ Healthcare Scheme - available nationwide scheme. They are taking registrations all day, and I think again on 23 May (may be wrong on that one).

All it needed was my wife + her ID card. All done in a few minutes.

Respectfully he didn't say it's new, he said taking new registrations! I wonder if there are queues, given that most poor Thais I know are already registered.

PS - see that BB has mentioned that it extends the care outside of your province, that's certainly new.

Has she been covered outside of Petchaburi? Petchaburi did the nationwide registration a couple of weeks ago.

I think extending outside of province is a fairly new initiative.

Wonder why only 2 fixed dates for registration at Hua Hin, but any normal working day at Takiab.
