Bruce Willis Retires

Post by Lost »

A sad day indeed. No new Bruce Willis movies (tbf he hasn't been in a decent one for quite some time). After being diagnosed with aphasia he has stepped away from acting.

Gave me some of my favourite films.

The Fifth Element
Armageddon
Die Hard With a Vengeance
The Sixth Sense
Unbreakable

All the best Bruce.

The first time I saw him was in the below. It may have been his first real exposure to the masses. I don't know if it ran in the UK? Good series.

I remember Moonlighting.
I've enjoyed quite a few Willis films, but he's one of a number of film actors who have spent most of their time playing a version of themselves, and as he's got older the standards have fallen. He's in his late 60s, and I wish him well in his retirement. He can certainly afford it. :D
This is the way
