I have a Thai SIM (True).
Every year I visit Thailand for a couple of months and I extend the 'valid until' date by a year by typing a short sequence into the mobile 12 times. It costs about 2 baht per month, I think.
Because of COVID I can't come this year. Does anyone know how I could extend the 'valid until' date remotely. I have the True app.

The part that caught my eye is Below. It seems you can do something "on-line" to get an extension, rather than connecting your phone to their system directly and using their extension code sequences.

Keep in mind your maximum validity can only be 1 year. Check your current expiry date so you know how many days to add. Note: dates are in the DD/MM/YYYY format.

Thanks a lot Pete. I have looked at these and googled but all I get is the sequences for extending validity via the mobile phone.
I guess my next port of call is True support. I am not optimistic!
