Kerry Express Problem

I've never had a problem with Kerry Express. I live in the south and the overnight delivery from BKK is certainly better than Thai Post at two days. Now DHL and FedEx are a different matter. they always hand off to someone else and it is difficult to figure out where the package is after they make the handoff. Have had two replacement credit cards hung up in FedEx system as they kept claiming they didn't have phone number. In both cases AmEx did not put the phone number I gave them on the package so had to call FedEx in Bkk to get delivered after wondering where the card was for two weeks.
