Will the gummint also provide for STD testing and issue certificates that the ladies can carry in their purses or hang on their walls? How about different grades of prostitutes with prices listed for each grade and the type(s) of services they provide? Will "agents" and "managers" (pimps) be compensated? Will the ladies be allowed to unionize? Who will do the monthly inspections? There are a lot of possibilities available.

Anything like Germany where prostitutes have to submit tax returns, register and charge VAT for their services. Foreign prostitutes need a work permit!
