House Window Tint and nice Cement Blocks

I'm trying to find a company that will apply window tinting on my Patio Door Windows. The current solar heat gain is really bad.

Also, I'm wanting to have a dividing wall about 3ft high between the bays in a Shophouse. I'd like to use some more decorative blocks rather than the ugly grey ones. More like a landscape block or "split face block" with some colour other than concrete. I've tried Home Pro and Global House but they only have the basic blocks. Does anyone know of a supplier in the area?

I tried the Lazada way last year. The tint they sent wasn't anywhere near as dark as they said it was (from China) and I did a crap job trying to put it on myself
