Only if they smoke in your house. If you want to call the police, first, drag the person into your house, then call the police. Don't let them put out the cigarette, you'll need evidence.

It's like the US law; you can't shoot someone breaking into your house but you can shoot them once they enter.

I must admit that, though I am largely an anti-firearm man, I kinda like this law. Enter my property - you die!

The smoking ban in restaurants is not enforced so I can't imagine the home ban will be carried out unless a disgruntled family member makes an incentivized complaint to the police.
