If you are looking to have something framed we always use the guy at Soi 88 Railway Crossing across the road from Khun Oy.

The artists in Hua Hin tend to go to a place in Cha am for their own needs. But if you haven't got a car, it's not worth it. Very good though and very, very cheap. It's my go to place as well.

Okay, it's in the same road as the large fresh market in Cha am.

Basically, if heading to Cha am from Hua Hin, you will eventually come to the new and now first set of lights on Petchkasem at Cha am, by a footbridge that crosses the road. Turn left immediately after the footbridge, there are various road signs on the bridge itself.

Go past the first turning on the left and then look out for a pretty unimpressive shop with portraits of the royal family on display outside. That's it. When you go in, you'll see various art work, including some contemporary stuff by local artists. It's 200-300 metres up. If you get to the fresh market, you have gone past the shop. Street parking applies
