Thai government go against Loan Sharks

Do anybody knows the Scandinavian “business” man, who lives in Hua Hin, they say he is lending money out to poor Thais with interest of 3% a month, and if they don’t pay back, he take their land, he is using Thai proxies, they say he is involve in many million Fraud.

Looks like the Farang copy the Thai “Loan Sharks”, I am sure the Thai police and army will love to have a Farang convicted.
