Not stolen, appropriated perhaps. They are properly attributed to bigboy and taken from flickr. The site warning would be about the site's certificate having expired, 6 days ago.

Yes, most of my photos are public on Flickr.

Flickr has had a major update recently - probably still crossing t's and dotting i's.
