It's good that you've posted that information as we live within that area and my wife informed me the other day that power was going off on the 16th and 23rd only. She didn't mention the 9th so we'll have to check the leaflet she was given. I'm sure the above is correct.
I walk around the area quite a bit and have noticed over the past few weeks that there are numerous electricity poles lying on the pavements - so that's what they're for.
I'd better find something worthwhile to do during those days. Maybe I'll break a habit of a lifetime and visit the shopping malls? They've got aircon, running water and toilets, haven't they?
