Are you using Betternet? I've been getting similar responses for a while, to which the finger has been repeatedly pointed at my ISP. I've at long last realised it is Betternet at fault - if I close it down, my problems go away. Unfortunately, it's too damned useful to get rid of permanently.

..followed a couple of suggestions there, unfortunately all to no avail.
Browse chrome:\\gpu to verify hardware acceleration settings, then explore chrome:\\flags.
Then (one-by-one) disable "WebGL" settings (extension, prototype, WebGL2), always restarting the bowser. If no luck (likely) then in Settings/advanced settings try to
- disable developer extensions, or
- disable hardware acceleration, or
- disable/toggle Javascript ... fhljffbnlo ... dggiiccfje
for troublesome sites.

- Follow the browsers for sites/scripts/webmasters principle :) ... Opera Neon is a looker.

I bought a black and white HP laser printer in Market Village 9 years ago and changed the cartridge for the first time in June this year.
Due to the age of my laptop and dying battery I’m considering dispensing with a laptop and buying a new WiFi laser printer and printing from my iPad/iPhone.
Any recommendations?
You will need to get one that features “AirPrint” if you want it to print from an iOS device. Wifi alone is not enough.
