Thanks Lev.

Hi Guys,

Here’s a post to say hi and a bit about the company. We’re a new company that started earlier this year, although we’ve been involved with the pool scene in Thailand since 2008 when we opened the original Sportsman Bar in Washington Square, Bangkok.

We currently concentrate on just one style of table called the “Players Pro” – it’s available in both 8ft and 9ft sizes. Those of you familiar with the different styles of pool tables will recognise it as a Gold Crown style which refers to the original Brunswick Gold Crown first made in 1961. Nowadays, most the major manufacturers have a Gold Crown style table as part of their range – it’s by far the biggest style of pool table sold Worldwide.

Our tables cost less than 100K but play like tables that cost 200k plus. We’ve written a blog post about how we can offer such a good playing table at such a reasonable cost, if you’re interested then here’s the link:

https://playerspooltables.com/blogs/poo ... -are-worth

While you’re on the site the other page worth taking a moment to read is the FAQ page, there’s loads of practical info about our tables on there:

https://playerspooltables.com/pages/faqs

We have recently installed two tables in Hua Hin in a great new project called Baan Sanook. For those of you not familiar with it it’s located next door to the Hutsadin Elephant Foundation and consists of a mini golf course, a very large and well planned children’s playground, pool room and a whopping great Muay Thai gym. If you want to experience how well our tables play then just drop by there any time after the start of next month (they are not quite open at the time of writing this) – they have both the 8ft and 9ft models.

As well as importing pool tables we also import ANDY Cloth. This cloth is hands down the best cloth for use in tropical climates by the beach – there is nothing that compares to it in terms of price and playability. It won't slow down in high humidity and will outlast pretty much every other other cloth on the market.

Thanks for reading and any further questions please get in touch, all the contact details are on the website links above.

Tom.

Hi Teddy,

We don't have a shop as this just increases overhead and adds to the cost of the tables. If you want to play on one then keep an eye on this page, I'll keep it up dated with the locations of tables that can be played on in the Hua Hin area:

Any further questions please let me know.

Thanks,

Tom.

And here's a couple of pictures of the the latest 8ft & 9ft versions of the tables. The white writing on the side of the tables is not compulsory - most tables that go into homes as opposed to bars do not have it on:

I think the question was do you have a Soi Number for where the pool tables are located e.g. Soi 19?

Thanks Jeff. There another one going into a bar (on Soi 80) in the pool league on the 10th of next month - I'll post some pictures of that and the existing installations as soon as I get them.
