I recently visited Delize, an Italian cafe/shop/restaurant opposite the venerable All in Hua Hin.
The owner at Delize spices his own olives. Having had a taste of them I just had to have some of his fettucine.
The very pleasant Italian gentleman running the Delize makes the absolutely very best fettucine in town.
And his olives are the best ones I have found in HH.
