Studio Apartment Wanted For Rent.

I am hoping some of you guys can help me.

My brother has just retired and is coming to Hua Hin for a minimum of six months arriving the middle of next month. He has asked if I could help him find a Studio Apartment or something similar within a ten minute drive of the center of H.H. Nothing fancy but clean, safe and, as he is on a budget, cheap.

Any help would be appreciated.
