It` all in the smile.....

Good Morning Everyone.
It`s a beautiful day in the old country and it is nice to see the populaton with a smile on their faces, must be Spring.

Which leads me to my question :-
As a Novice I have yet to understand the significance of the 6 Lips under our names.
Why are some all light , some with lipstick on and some all lipsticky.
There was probably an explanation when I registered but I can`t find it .

Hi Bas.

Understand that, so I assume that they are like campaign medals and change as you become more experienced and contributory to the Forum.

If that is the case what are the parameters.

John,

As an interim response (and using my ageing memory), I achieved one lip after achieving Amateur status (25 posts), and a further lip after achieving Member status. I believe I get my 3rd lip on achieving my 100th post - the exitement is too much bear!

I'm sure one of the experts will correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the info.
I believe this could replace waiting for the Pension, the Heating Allowance going up to £300 and the telegram from HRH.
My anticipation knows no bounds, wonder how long it will take???
