Jed Pee Nong construction noise?

I read a post somewhere about construction noise near the Jed Pee Nong.
The post is about six months old, however. Please advise if there is still construction noise adjacent to the Jed Pee Nong.

I think it was actually the hotel itself which caused the noise. It seems to be over now. I've had friends staying there and they didn't complain about any noise.
