Hurray for Coffee!

Post by Spitfire »

Some might be interested to read this report,

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8132122.stm

Might reverse and also act as a protective measure for younger people against Alzheimer's disease, plus it's full of anti-oxidents etc.

OK, it got the cautionary disclaimer stuff :blabla: at the end about "more research needs to be done" etc etc.

Keep on drinking folks!

BTW, I'm aware that caffeine is not perfect and excess use of is believed to be negative in several ways, especially for pregnant women or people with high blood pressure. In mild moderation though, looks benefitial.

I'm sure, if you drink 5 cups of coffee per day you won't get Alzheimer's, because you will die on heart attack. But if you are a mouse with Alzheimer's it might help you. But will you remember to be a mouse?
