Advice on Tax Required ...

Hello people, new user here, great forum really informative etc.

We're coming to live in HH this August and I'm wondering what the Thai tax situation is. What sort of tax do you have to pay (if any) on income from a small business ie shop/bar/restaurant etc ??

You may want to look at http://www.thaivisa.com for tax and workpermit information. Basically you need an income of 50,000 baht to get a work permit. Not sure how much tax a Thai has to pay though I imagine its considerably less than a foreigner.
