British Passport renewal in Bangkok

Has anyone renewed a British Passport in Bangkok lately, how long does it take, what is the procedure and how to transfer valid visa?

Also, some members have employed an agent to do the work for them, which has worked out cheaper and hassle free.

Thanks guys I must say their website looks very professionally put together, just one question do you have to visit their office in Pattaya or can you send them passports and paperwork from Hua Hin?

It says somewhere on their website that you can use EMS.............That's how I did mine.

Send them an email, they are very efficient and will reply very quickly.
