Huay Yang area

Post by Lina »

Hi,

This is my first posting! I would like to get some advice regarding the Huay Yang-area south of Hua Hin (quite close to Prachuap Khiri Khan).

I'm considering leaving Sweden to spend some months a year in Thailand.
I'm looking for a quiet place, however not to quiet...meaning I'd like some shops, restaurants, a nice beach but no noisy place.

Could you please give me your opinion?
I'm going to the Hua Hin area in march to look around but it would be great to get some information from you who know this area.
I have only visited the west coast of Thailand before.

Thanks!

I guess you've heard of Huay Yang because of the Swedish company Thailandfastigheter. If you want my opinion, send me a pm.
All I can say here is: if you are willing to pay 3,5 mill Baht so you can spend your days with your countrypeople here in Thailand, then do it.
There are alternatives.
Take a look here first : http://www.huahinafterdark.com/hua-hin-property.htm
I intend to live forever - so far so good.
