I agree with nearly all of the above a lot of common sense. I would add, knowing when to keep quiet and say nothing.
Yes, I agree, but unfortunately having the personality of a "problem solver" that has never been my strong suit!

Good advice from old:

Never go to bed mad.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
