BKK-HUA HIN Road safety

Is it safe the road from DOng Muang to Hua Hin coz arriving 11/07 sunday at 9h00pm.
Would like to hear some opinions.
HOw good is the road to Hua Hin?For reference , had use highway to Pattaya

The road is as safe as any other road in Thailand, you should really question the drivers! How are you getting down here?

The stretch from Cha-am to Hua Hin is probably one of the best in the country.

I made several contacts and asked prices but stillto decide.
The cheapest one is from one hua hin travel agency 1900 bath and have another from huahintaxi for bkk-hh-bkk 4,000 bath.
Do you have any suggestion?

There is a minivan service that runs from Victory Monument for 140 baht.

A taxi should cost around 1600.

Normal price is about 1500-2000 baht, so that travel agency's price doesn't sound too bad. 4.000 baht is over the top.
