From HH one goes thru the town and it's traffic. From C-A, not so much. Obviously, typical traffic density varies with arrival time.Dannie Boy wrote:The Sheraton is roughly in the middle between Cha Am and Hua Hin although slightly closer to HH say 10km and 15km from Cha Am. I'd be tempted to book to HH and then ask the driver if he will stop to let you out at the Sheraton - if he won't then it's probably easier to get a taxi from HH back than getting one from Cha Am.

@Kodansha - The Sheraton runs it's own van service between Hua Hin and the Hotel (I'm not sure if they go to Cha-Am). I'd phone them up and ask them to pick you up from the bus station.

Re: Airport VIP Bus to and from Hua Hin
The bus stopped at some hotel between Cha-Am and Hua Hin on my last trip in April. It actually left Petchkasem, went east for a couple of hundred meters letting somebody off. It may have been the Dusit Thani, not sure.
Re: Airport VIP Bus to and from Hua Hin
my wife & i travel the HH bus service a lot & only last week we made 2 extra stops on the way.
One was to let a local Thai young lady off & the other was at Dusit Hotel to let off a Japanese couple.
So i guess if you ask the conductor on the bus, they may make a stop for you elsewhere

I think it's up to the driver and conductor if they stop or not but the Dusit is on the internet booking from Bangkok but not the other way I think
Re: Airport VIP Bus to and from Hua Hin
Yeah you could be correct on the BKK to Dusit as for pre-booked
Not 100% sure on that one
As for going from HH to BKK, must admit, never had any stops that i can recall
But going the other way have made a few stops & you are probably correct in saying up to the conductor & Driver & i would guess this would be how their time schedule is going at the time if they do stop or not

We took the bus and asked to be dropped off in Tha Yang, it was no problem

Yeah I booked last week and it was fine. Maybe try to use a different web browser, not all may be compatible with their booking system.
