Don't live in Hua Hin anymore so cannot play often enough.

prices are definitely coming down there is a springfield membership for sale on another local rag for sale at 295000 and i was offered a lakeview membership for 80000 plus 50/50 transfer from someone who bought a majestic membership so if this falls thru have other avenues

Wouldnt say that prices are falling, the membership prices fluctuate often in relation to the state of the golf course but there is almost always someone who wants to sell fast, if Hezze is happy then its a perfect deal.. 2 happy golfers :).
Reckon around 80-90 is ok for Lake View and 350 seems to be more the norm at Springfield.
