Team Manager needed for office in hua hin

OutsourceNordic is a full service translation and marketing company that helps other companies establish and improve their online presence in the Nordic countries. Our customers are normally online businesses such as web shops and service providers.

Following a successful launch and growth period, we are now looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of a team manager based in our Thailand office. We offer a young and dynamic environment and a chance to work with a range of clients and different marketing channels.

The successful candidate will be in charge of:

Leading a team of 5 marketing executives. Training and motivating co-workers, organising workflows, prioritising tasks.
Exceeding our customers expectations with high quality work delivered on time.
Winning new business for the company.
Integrating new team members (we are still growing so expect the team to grow).

Your experience and skills

Experience of managing a team
Experience within online marketing - perhaps from lead generation or e-commerce. It’s desirable if you have experience of SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Blogging, Social Media
Excellent command of written English is a requirement. Other European languages are desirable.
As a person we expect that you are structured / methodical and able to multi-task. You are humble and don’t mind getting your “hands dirty” with the tasks at hand. You get on well with people and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and win new business for the company.

The successful candidate may be already in Thailand or overseas. We will provide accommodation and can make necessary arrangements with regard visas.
