yes hhiner you are correct, the extra space would not help. When did you ever see all the positions in the non-thai space fully staffed, the answer I think is, never.

Let's wait to see if all these reports of long queues finds their way to the institutions/polls that set airport-ratings..

Pretty bad queues at Swampy last week, I went through the ASEAN section which moved much faster, all the farangs stay in the foreign passort section - you don't have to.

I'm from the UK and I went throught it, there were no queues and the staff don't tell you that you can use any line.

Thank you, I will be coming through Swampy in a little over a months time, so I will give a try and see what happens.

Most of the stations have 2 seats and a few will have 2 officers working 1 line, but usually, 80% of them have only 1 officer per station, it is not a shortage of stations, but a shortage of officers that is the problem.
