Finaly got a reply to my email to Nok where I told them I wanted a refund:

According to your requirement to refund your booking no. 123456789 of 2 passengers, please be informed that we already forwarded your e-mail to the responsible division to process the refund for you.
We will refund you by transfer back to your credit card. Normally it will take approximately 45 working days for processing.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and hope that you will give Nok Air the chance to serve you on your next flight.
