Finaly got a reply to my email to Nok where I told them I wanted a refund:

Dear Value passenger
Booking No: 123456789,
According to your requirement to refund your booking no. 123456789 of 2 passengers, please be informed that we already forwarded your e-mail to the responsible division to process the refund for you.
We will refund you by transfer back to your credit card. Normally it will take approximately 45 working days for processing.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and hope that you will give Nok Air the chance to serve you on your next flight.

Maybe the plan on adding it back only during each year's high season.

Yes I think this may be their strategy to run this service just for the High season.

Coming back to Hua Hin on the weekend, been away 3 months.
Last trip I flew back to BKK, I think it was with Nok Air.
Just been on there site can't find anything out. Can any one tell me if flights are still running?
