Asked for estimated journey time yesterday, (at the bus station), catching the 6pm bus. She said 4 hours. So opted for the 3pm.

Internet site doesn't list the HH phone number, which is 0846973773. Useful for info but they won't take telephone bookings. The web booking looks good. You can pre-book and select your seat, with a clickable pictorial.

took the bus 18,00 from hua hin and it was as a nice tour, the only thing im wonder is how they can make it in 3 hours in the day time when theres much more trafic, as it took 3 hours and 10 min.
I think the driver maybee was a little unexperience as he not was reading the traffic so god so he had a lot of breakes behind others car,so he has to built up the seed again, wich was about 90 km/h.
I will use them again if it mach my flight schedule.

Only annoyance was a german lady who speaked so fast and load so the whole bus could hear her,
and the lady stewart had to ask her to speak more silent which i newer seen before, but maybee she was afraid she lost her breath, cause it seems she never breath only yak yak. :D :D

Can anyone who has used this bus service from the airport recently tell me how full this bus gets..??
I've 2 girls flying in on a 1st time visit to Thailand, well if the bus is only say half full I'll suggest they go to the desk at the airport & pay there (they've a full 3hrs to find the desk between their plane landing & the next bus- departure).
This is of course presuming they CAN walk up to the counter & pay there..this is not a 'pre-book only' service is it??
Any info about ticket purchasing etc. very welcome.
Many thanks..U.S.

its a 22 seat bus, extremely comfortable, the left side is all single seats, the right side double seats.I caught it two weeks ago, from hua hin i booked it on day at hua hin station, there were 5 free seats. On return the bus was booked out for the next 2 departure times which meant either taxi or wait 6hours for next bus,i was lucky the operator told me 6 people had not turned up and if i waited till last minute i could catch it if seats available.Lucky for me they didnt show.

If they have to wait maybee 2 hours and pay 610 bath together and a taxi from the bus station in Hua hin.I would book a taxi to 1800-2000 bath, who wait for them at the airport and take them strait to the distination.
But up to how much money they want to spend.
You can not chance or get a refund with the bus,but again its a good service with nice comfort.

My girlfriend works with this company and she tells me the buses are frequently full and often people that turn up on the day without booking are turned away, I would definitely recommend booking in advance, they have on occasion laid on 2 buses if the first one is booked up in advance. Also be careful when booking that you book the correct day and time, as has been mentioned there are no refunds!

Cheers for that S.S. There was a rumour that they company was going to increase their daily services with more runs..any news of this happening..??
If the bus is full on a daily basis then it means the service may be here to stay.. :thumb:

I don't believe there's any plans in place for more runs as of yet, I wouldn't be surprised if they did add a later one though as the last bus is always the busiest and a lot of people ask about a later one.

It's good to see that this service is working because it is good and was a bit worried that it wouldn't last with the number of people using it when they first started.

Got all set to order 2 seats on this bus for next week..then thought 'wait-on a minute'..what if the booking company does not/will not accept payment by my card on behalf of the people flying in..? :?

Well, 1 phonecall to the HH office/agent here at the bus station by my dear wife had the lady there explaining not to mess around with the web-site..she told my Mrs "it's far to compicated..just send your husband down to see me here at the bus station, pay cash,+ give me the names of the passengers".
So there you go..IF like myself, you are unsure of their booking page/system..then (if possible of course) pre-pay in HH for advance booking.

That's a good idea, I'll get my partner to go down and book in advance when I come out next month.

Hi, I see there's a bus at 1.30pm from swampy. My flight lands at 1pm,is it far to the bus terminal?
My feeling is that this connection time is way too tight. Any experiences?
