I believe so, a little more info can be found here:

But as usual nothing is really promoted in Hua Hin until a few hours before it starts!

Call your chosen course the day before and book your tee time - it can get busy out there.

Great time to overdose on the amazing affliction better known as golf!

Vairhona, Agree Black Mountain is good but don't think it qualifies as one of the Best in Thailand. Anyway it certainly is worth playing at Festival rates.

Actually it would be good to get others input on which courses youy rate in Thailand not just Hua Hin.

I was very impressed on a recent visit to Suwan. Not as challenging as BM but service far superior.

I believe all the courses in Hua Hin in August and September are 800 baht..if you can play the game then Majestic and Springfield are the tests that you want..all the rest are resort courses....full of hacks...

Hi Lads,
Im in HH for two weeks from Aug 12th and im looking forward to playing some courses and BM is on the list. Im out with my wife so im looking to hook up with some golfers and i believe Berneys bar is the spot.
To play in such great surroundings as BM and the rest for 800B well life dont get much better.Cant wait... but im a 20 HC so perhaps im a hacker too.Last year i just looked at BM and did not play but it looks superb.
Cheers Bren. :D

Courses I have really enjoyed in Thailand are:
Blue Canyon(canyon course) nothing bad to say
Loch Palm: Great layout but course conditions can be uneven, couple of greens are sub par and they allow fivesome
Lam Lukka: Fantastic track, my favorite in Bangkok but long way out
Subhapruek: Good value, nice layout, greens can be a little slow to my taste
Chiang Mai Lamphun: Been taken over and undergoing renovation. It was a fabulous track when I played it a couple of years back but heard maintenance was uneven

I heard great things about Suwan and look forward trying it. Others I want to try are Red Mountain, Thai Country Club, Navatanee, Santiburi and Waterford in CR. It's truly amazing how many nice courses there are... I recently heard that Royal Ratchaburi was a bit of a hidden gem, I'm sure there are plenty others. Black Mountain is still a young course and it needs to mature a bit but in my opinion has the potential to become the Blue Canyon of HH.

Majestic Creek has a nice layout but it's a bit far out, the maintenance is very average and the greens slower than I like. Still worth a play and when I went, saw only two other people all day. We felt like we had the course to ourselves.

Although it was years ago that I played it, Royal Ratchaburi was one of my my favouites.
Sawang is pretty good also - from what I remember.
Also, Kaeng Krachan.

Agree with the good opinion of Royal Ratchaburi. Is a good challenging track especially as it is really cheap to play.

Played Keang Krachan last month. Is now in good condition but I think that they have put prices up too much so now will only be playing on sports days or during Festival.

Lam Lukka is always in good condition. Sports day on a Thursday so is good value but busy.
