Annual Maintenance fees are up from 15.000 baht to 20.000 baht, as PET mentioned. Caddy fees up from 250 to 300 baht (the caddies themselves receive 20 baht out of the 50 baht increase). Pay per turn fees (in lieu of annual maintenance) will go up up from 400 baht to 600 baht.

Everything to do with golf in Hua Hin is going up rapidly. Phuket and Hua Hin are both much more expensive than the rest of Thailand, which is still reasonable. Good value golf in Ratchaburi.

Played Royal Ratchaburi last week and it's in excellent condition. A snip at 680 THB for green fee and caddie.
As has been mentioned on another thread, it's definitely worth while thinking about staying up there for a night and combining a round at Dragon Hills or Pangaransi on the other day. Prices at both are similar to RR.

Golf Membership

Post by zeitgeist »

Hi, could someone give me the low down on what a Palm Hills golf membership entitles me to and also what does a 'member associate' entitle you to? Looking at purchasing a property, comes with 1 member and 1 member associate.
Thanks in advance.
