Hua Hin Golf Festival 2012, Aug-Sep

Post by buksida »

Thought I'd start a new topic specifically for this. During August and September a number of Hua Hin's golf courses offer green fees for only 800 baht.

Courses participating:
Royal Hua Hin
Palm Hills
Imperial Lake View
Springfield
Majestic Creek
The Eagle Milford
Banyan
Sea Pine
Sawang Resort
Kaeng Krachan Country Club

Be aware that an additional caddy fee of 300 baht is required and some courses such as Banyan will force you to take a golf cart, also at an additional fee.

I see majestic creek is in the Hua Hin golf festival, the last time i played there the course was in poor condition , have they done work on it ? because it was a great lay out with some great holes. I would love to play on it again when i'm in HH in 4 weeks..

Majestic's in good shape. They're spending a lot of money on it.
Was there a few months ago playing A&C and both were great. Believe it's currently B&C as new greens are going down on A.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
It was my first time out on C and I thought it was one of the best 9s I've played in the area.

I am coming over on 6th Sept for 8 days. Any suggestions. I like BM though it is more expensive. What is SeaPines like ? On a previous trip I played Milfiord eagle, which was in terrible condition, but I thought had real potential. Is is any better now?

Seapines is a great course and in good condition.
Havn't played Milford for ages but have heard that it's getting a lot of investment and the condition is improving.
