discount golf card

hi all
coming to hua hin in late september to mid october
i just sent away for thaigolfer prvilage card
has anyone used this in the hua hin area

going by there website it offers fairly good discount on a lot of the courses round hua hin
the card cost£25
any info would be appreciated
