So if you use a cart you get a fat one and if you want to walk you get a fit, thin one!

The wife and her friends walk all the time except in the dead of hot season, weight control exercise I guess with the golf as a bonus. Quite often she tries to do a "Tin Cup" rendition at a particular water hazard at ES and like the movie, comes home 6 balls down! Every once and a while she'll make the green though. One thing I noticed is that caddies in general don´t know how to fix a pitch mark.
They all do the beginners mistake and lifting soil from beneath.

O.K maybe I was being foolish but I always thought that there was a special ending hole after the course if you wanted with most of the female caddies or is that a Thai fable? I hope i have not offened anyone by this.

Its a myth. It is also ia huge mistake to assume that all thai ladies are available for compensated companionship. Some are, most are not.

I was told by a golf addict who lives in Bangkok that there is one course there that specializes in that. All the caddies are available for short time in the clubhouse after a round. That was a while ago so sorry, I don't remember the name of the course.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
