CAN ANYONE HELP ME ?
I'VE BEEN AWAY FROM HUA HIN FOR THE PAST YEAR, RECENTLY i'VE BEEN TRYING TO SELL A 30YR PALM HILLS GOLF MEMBERSHIP AT 120K + TRANSFER WHICH I THOUGHT WAS CHEAP, BUT THERE SEEM TO BE NO TAKERS. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY ? HAVE THERE BEEN ANY CHANGES ?

gavinl, maybe you should be aware that many golfers bought at that price many years ago....Nothing is cheap in this country....

sounds like a decent price Gavinl. Be patient, and I'm sure it will move. Maybe just another indicator that people have a closer eye on their money.

I have one as well .I priced it a fair bit higher at 200k plus transfer .If you cannot shift yours at 120k I may as well keep it :shock:
