Do you need a health certificate to drive a camel? I know you don't need one to smoke them.

Just renewed my 5 year licence and can confirm the new health cert requirements are only for new licenses, not existing renewals.

Only docs required were passport + copy, copy of yellow book showing address, current licence. That was it, all done in under two hours.

Disclaimer: this was not in Hua Hin/Pranburi where requirements may be different.
