If 74% + - of fatalities/accidents here are motorbikes, Russia and satellites must be 74% cars and trucks. There is some daft film on You Tube, especially those people driving on the snow and ice at speed. Really insane. I'll try to post some links below later on. Pete

One must remember that you cannot compare Russia with Thailand, Russia has twice the population so one can assume at least twice the vehicles, intense snow and ice plus it does not have brain dead Thais riding motorbikes it only has vodka soaked idiots.

The above video reminds me so much of Soi 55 (Chomisn Rd) junction where the Family Mart is, few vehicles ever stop there.

Lets not forget about the people in the US driving 4 wheel drives and blasting down snow covered roads. They completely ignore 75% of the equation, stopping.

I was waiting at the round-a-bout at Soi 112 today waiting for an idiot driver that was driving their car at snail pace the wrong way around!

Anyway eventually he made it squeezing past some cars and just before he exited i saw his face.

... when parking at almost any carpark including those in Bangkok is free. If it's full you can still park parallel to those already parked as long as you leave the car in neutral and the handbrake off..

........you see someone just barge into the lane in front of you (from either the left or right side of the road) believing it's your responsibility to ensure they merge safely.
