It is with sad irony that I saw one in HH today with 80% of his view blocked-off by afore said curtain right across his screen..the driver was peeping over the top FFS!!
Alas a poor motorcyclist this evening got squashed by a big truck on the Pala U Rd in town...
now just supposing the MiB saw the driver has very limited view out of his window due to his drapes..??Would the driver be arrested?..go to prison..? Have to pay the poor victims family an enormous wedge of Baht..I bet not...TiT.
Just another element of the bewildering stuff we see on-the-road here eh..?
