Where is this school located? No map and seems you have to have a secret password to get that information.

Hello and thanks for your interest!

The school is located in Samorprong, about 5 kms north of downtown Hua Hin.

It's better for us to be able to make appointments and meet our guests so that we can host them properly.

We really like the Steiner approach of keeping the children outdoors and connected to the earth, using natural materials, and not rushing them into abstract concepts before they are ready. We really like the Montessori teaching materials for maths at the early stages of learning. We developed our program based on many different philosophical approaches including 21st Century Learning and unschooling as well. However, each of these particular approaches was designed at a particular time with a particular cultural context that doesn't quite meet the needs of our diverse, multi-national, inter-cultural student body. We are not loyal to any one particular philosophy; we use aspects from many different approaches to serve our students' learning process.

Hello all,

After finding out about Halio School in Hua Hin last year we decided to move back to Thailand after spending some years in Europe. Our children have attended several different international schools both in Thailand and Europe, but Halio's program is best suited for us. Our previous schools have all been IB schools. We like the Halio’ small class size and the family feel of the school. We appreciate the fact that the teachers really and truly do know and care about our children.

Ask us more, if you’d like.
